FIMAP S.p.A. intends promoting a corporate culture characterised by a virtuous behaviour and a system of corporate governance that prevents the commission of wrongdoings, while at the same time guaranteeing a working environment in which employees can serenely report any unlawful behaviour, allowing for transparency and respect for adequate ethical standards.

For this reason, the Company has decided to adopt this procedure in order to define appropriate communication channels, within FIMAP, for the receipt, analysis and processing of reports on possible unlawful conduct or conduct that harms the public interest or the integrity of the Company.
