Fimap MMg scrubbing machines: technology that helps you save

Simple and safe operations that increase productivity
Making the operator's job easier is the first step towards performing effective cleaning operations in total safety. The optimum manoeuvrability of the machine makes it extremely easy to handle even in irregularly-shaped spaces hampered by shelving or other storage structures, navigating around obstacles easily. The shape of the steering wheel makes driving comfortable under any conditions. The driver's seat is accessible from both sides, providing ample space for working comfortably even over the course of several hours, and ensuring complete visibility. The LED headlights illuminate areas that are shaded or in semi-darkness, and help alert those in the vicinity to the moving machine. Maximum safety is guaranteed also when manoeuvring by the anti-collision system and rear view camera (Plus version), which show operators any obstacles that may be encountered when reversing on the display positioned at the centre of the steering wheel. All of the components are encompassed within the wraparound design of the machine and the high-density moulded polyethylene construction renders it more robust, increasing reliability over time. Side bumper rollers fully absorb any shocks or bumps from accidental impacts.
The rear camera is also useful for monitoring the performance of the machine while working since operators can check results immediately, without having to turn around. In terms of performance, MMg stands out for the various systems it is equipped with which deliver excellent results in all situations. In both the mechanical and food industries, operators are often faced with particularly stubborn dirt, which is more difficult to remove. In such cases, the brush pressure can be increased up to 100 kg. When the space to be cleaned is characterised by hard-to-reach areas, for example around shelves, the side brush increases effectiveness, cleaning perfectly even along the edges.

More control over performance and your investment to reduce the costs of ownership
The new iD - intelligent Drive technology (Plus versions) allows you to exercise greater control over performance and consumption, enabling managers and supervisors to determine the proper parameters then enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing that these are being observed and the goals of preventing resources from being wasted, reducing consumption and cutting costs are being met.
However, if the operator believes that increased scrubbing power is necessary to deal with an unexpectedly dirty area, he or she can activate the Power Mode, which for a limited time will simultaneously increase the flow of detergent solution, the pressure on the brushes and the vacuum power, and then will automatically revert back to the initial configuration. The iD function also provides video tutorials that the operator can view directly on the display: this ensures that there is never any doubt with regard to proper use or maintenance.
The FFM - Fimap Fleet Management system is also designed to improve management of the machine or fleet of machines purchased. With FFM, the machine status can be viewed at any time and on any device, with details on where it is, for example, or whether it is being used as instructed, whether any faults are present, and when the next maintenance service is due. Carrying out preventive maintenance and directly checking the conditions of use prevents unpleasant surprises or unexpected expense, reducing costs of ownership.
The MMg can be equipped with the Fimap Long Range recycling system on request. The FLR filters and cleans the dirty detergent solution, so this can be used again. Available as an optional addition, this device increases running time exponentially and saves time since the same load of water and detergent is used to clean more square metres. With FLR, less stops are required to empty and fill the tanks and water consumption is reduced by up to 66% *, while productivity is increased by up to 70%.

MMg technology enables operators to do things that were simply not possible before, preventing occurrences that could jeopardise the success of the cleaning operation.
