The careful design covers all of the machine's parts, making it suitable for use in daily shifts, even in highly frequented areas, since it perfectly integrates with the surrounding environment. Moreover, the FNC technology lowers the noise level, safeguarding the health of the operator and of the people nearby.

An easy and comfortable machine helps the operator to use it properly, to carry out maintenance carefully and to save cleaning time. Moreover, a proper machine use and maintenance ensure consistent performances and the reduction of faults.
The touch display makes function activation very intuitive. Everything is managed through the iD – intelligent Drive, with which the operator can set customized cleaning programs, reduce the use of resources and watch video tutorials to resolve any doubts or uncertainties. Zone programs allows to save settings for the different areas to be cleaned, with different water, detergent and pressure parameters, according to real needs. In this way the expected results are always achieved, and wrong settings and resource wastes are prevented. Further accessories have been added to make cleaning operation easier, such as the vacuum wand to clean hard-to-reach areas, and a spray gun to help rinsing the tanks at the end of work.

The Power Mode function is ideal to tackle stubborn dirt. Once activated, it increases all cleaning parameters for the time needed to remove dirt stains. A special device keeps constant the brush pressure on the floor, on uneven surfaces too, making Maxima effective on any type of flooring. The powerful 3 stage vacuum motor ensures immediately dry and safe floor, reducing slip and fall accidents. Working autonomy is a plus: batteries give up to 4 hours non-stop running time, while the large tank capacity reduces downtimes necessary to fill up and empty the tanks. Moreover, the water recycling system FLR – Fimap Long Range, available upon request, filters and cleans water, to make it available again, thus increasing productivity up to 70%.

The Eco mode is a cleaning configuration using small quantities of water, detergent and energy, ideal for the maintenance cleaning of surfaces where dirt level is low. The FSS system allows to manage separately water and detergent flow, according to real cleaning needs, avoiding excessive use when not necessary. The FES technology manages the use of energy and is able to lower consumption up to 35%.

Active and passive safety systems have been increased in order to prevent accidents and to help the operator in case of emergency. The wraparound design encompasses all the components, leaving no protruding parts. The display increases visibility in dim light and shows to the operator video tutorials on how to carry out all activities. Moreover, Maxima is equipped with speed control system, electro brake and led headlights. When needed, the Emergency Stop button stops immediately the machine and all the active functions. Then, the new SOS device sends an sms alert to receive a prompt help, reducing downtimes.

FFM collects the data sent by the machines and transforms it into valuable information accessible to you easily through the app My.Machine.
