Passion and great participation for the Fimap Dealer Meeting in the Maldives
Fimap, the leading company in the production of professional scrubbing machines, recently organised an incentive meeting in the tropical paradise of the Maldives (from 5th to 13th February 2008), with the participation of about 100 companies - both Italian and international - that distribute its products.
Within the marvellous setting provided by Olhuveli Beach, situated on the South Male atoll, Fimap staff welcomed the guests for an intense week studded with meetings and work sessions in the splendid and relaxing tropical atmosphere; The rich cultural programme and excursions gave the participants the chance to get to know the history and uncontaminated nature of these places, apart from the work context.
"The great participation of our sales network marked the success of this meeting, which I consider the best one ever organised by Fimap. Within an unusual, fascinating framework, there was a perfect blend of work, fun and rest. We managed, in fact, to compare notes with our sales agents on all the most important topics for our business" - states Massimiliano Ruffo, Managing Director of Fimap. "The meeting was not only an opportunity for enjoyment and well-deserved relaxation (with the last gathering taking place beneath the fronds of a characteristic cabin on the beach), but above all a chance to listen, learn and exchange useful experiences; confirmation of the value that the distributor holds in a company like ours".
Over the week there were eight meeting sessions in the three languages - Italian, English and Spanish - that brought out the main trends of the various markets, the direction being taken by our competitors, the different sales/distribution networks, and also a preview of the Fimap product innovations that will be presented during the next Issa Interclean trade show in Amsterdam.
In a relaxing, friendly atmosphere, the great participation, the passion, and the strong tie between Fimap and its distribution network turned this into a unique experience!
