Meeting 2011: Fimap presents the new strategies

Santo Domingo crystalline water and white beaches were the setting of the beautiful days of relax and work that Italian and foreign dealers spent together. During the four central days of the Incentive Trip, Fimap guests participated to some working sessions, during which several subjects were developed, with the aim to explain the new company dynamics and create occasions of professional comparison among all dealers, according to the sharing spirit which always characterizes the company.

Mr. Massimiliano Ruffo, Fimap CEO, welcomed his guests particularly proud for the number of participants, a sign of the strength of will of the sales network to interact and confront each other.
The new commercial policy and the efforts made to put it into effect were the subjects on which the meeting developed. According to this policy, Fimap engaged in a series of changes with the aim of offering a clear answer even during difficult moments, assuming the role of a guide able to provide all partners with tools and means to successfully overcome the discontinuous recovery the market is facing.

With the purpose to improve products quality, Fimap invested on high technology machineries able to provide a “quality certification” of products, thanks to Road to Quality project. The new equipment and machineries placed in the production area were presented. Such machineries help to prove the quality that always characterizes Fimap machines.
With the aim of products rationalization and to better satisfy any kind of need, some new products that will be officially presented at Pulire in Verona were previewed. The new products, able to revolutionize the professional cleaning thanks to the adopted innovative technologies and solutions, are the fruit of the new Affordable Cleaning policy and the experience accrued during years.

Two new projects dedicated to information and to the transmission of contents outwards were presented as well:
- the first one concerns the realization of a web portal, a direct channel with the company allowing to receive in a preferential way information and updating facilitating many of the operations related to products selling, warranty management, assistance, commercial and technical documentation and test report, an exhaustive resource always available 24 hours x 7days and 7 x 365 days /year.
- the second one concerns the 2011 training, that proposes courses dedicated to the deepening and updating of both tools and products

The several dealers that joined the meeting were very enthusiastic for the new projects and the perfect harmony established, the real protagonist of the Incentive Trip of this year.
