Fimap Dealer Meeting: innovation, sustainability and winning strategies for dealers
A stay during which the amazing tropical beauty of Iru Fushi Beach, situated on the atoll of Noonu, helped to create a stimulating yet relaxing environment for discussing important topics such as the current situation of this sector, and the description of the Fimap innovations and market strategies for 2009.
The series of meetings kicked off with an analysis of the current world economic crisis; Fimap management exchanged its impressions with the sales network to try and understand this difficult moment, grasp the rules that govern the market, identify the possible intervention areas, and reduce potential risks, all with the aim of encouraging the effective control and efficient management of the business.
The second day saw the presentation of the SustainableCleaningProject - the innovative project undertaken by Fimap to reduce waste and create a value in terms of ethics, coherency and sustainable development.
Massimiliano Ruffo and his staff laid out the path and goals that have led the company to embrace this new philosophy. They explained that the SustainableCleaningProject involves precisely a reduction in waste, with the consequential increase in investment profitability in all the product-centred phases, from creation to use.
The innovations took the centre stage on the third and last day.
The “guest stars” of the meeting were the new Fimap machines - clear examples of the SustainableCleaningProject and of a new way of cleaning. The new Genie Elettrica of the Easy Line, for cleaning surfaces of less than 1,000 sq.m., has allowed us to open up a new market segment useful for sustaining the economic growth of the company and its dealers. Thanks to their built-in systems, the models MMx, Mx and SMx of the Professional Line allow energy savings, reduced water and detergent consumption, and produce no environment-related damage; for this very reason they offer an enormous competitive advantage.
