Cleaning in a context of innovation and respect for the environment
Fimap, the leading company in the production of scrubbing machines, sweeping machines and professional vacuum cleaners, will be participating in the 19th Pulire 2009, the international trade show focusing on the production and technologies for professional cleaning activities, to be held from 9th to 12th June in the pavilions of VeronaFiere. The company will welcome visitors, from Italy and the rest of the world, in an exhibition area (Pav. 6 - Stand B6) characterised by innovation, technology and numerous new product ideas.
At the Fimap stand, visitors will have the chance to see and try out the wide range of models on offer, from the most recent ones to those already produced and successfully present on the market for some years now: the spotlight will be on the latest innovations, like the renewed line of ride-on scrubbing machines, the brand new FS80-90 sweeping machines, and a new range of industrial vacuum cleaners.
Fimap's attention and research in recent months has concentrated on the implementation of the SustainableCleaningProject - the innovative project aimed at reducing waste and creating added value in terms of ethics, coherency and sustainable development. Fimap has always shown itself to be sensitive to the question of respect towards man and the environment and now, thanks to the SustainableCleaningProject, it intends to revolutionise the “way of cleaning”, putting innovation at the basis of all its activities and embracing a policy of SAVINGS and SUSTAINABILITY. The machines designed and produced by Fimap are the result of an ability to satisfy the needs of its customers while respecting the economic restraints and reducing waste, consumption and costs to a minimum.
The primary aim of Fimap's SustainableCleaningProject is precisely a reduction of waste and the consequential increase in investment profitability in all the product-centred phases, from creation to use. The four action areas established by Fimap to develop this philosophy are:
• the activation of a path to obtain certifications from external authorities
• the development of innovative systems that guarantee a high level of savings during cleaning operations
• care and study in the design of the products
• the rationalisation of the range, via the optimisation of the production processes
The range is completely renewed thanks to the new scrubbing machines presented during the trade show, and the new FS80-90 sweeping machines. Like all the latest Fimap machines, these are the result of the SustainableCleaningProject and are therefore characterised by a higher level of productivity, lower production costs, reduced consumption and minimised waste, with a compact design that reduces bulk to a minimum too.
Following this new philosophy, Fimap has created the FS80-90 sweeping machines in two versions (battery and diesel); they are easy to use and have a box frame that offers extremely reduced dimensions but is particularly sturdy at the same time. These sweeping machines are ideal for cleaning not only large surfaces but smaller ones as well, thanks precisely to their compact design. The two new models have been created with the Fimap Energy Saver system, increasing the autonomy of the machine so it can work up to 3.5 hours, but also reducing energy use to a minimum. The result of the new technology applied to these machines is a massive 35% drop in consumption levels compared with previous models.
With regards the vacuum cleaners, Fimap is presenting a complete new range of products to meet the countless cleaning requirements of the industrial sector: these machines are designed for particularly heavy-duty work, and can be emptied of the intake matter very quickly. Easy to handle, versatile, powerful, quiet; thanks also to the vast selection of accessories, these vacuum cleaners are ideal for removing dust, solids or liquids in any situation.
