This page describes the policies adopted by FIMAP SPA to protect the personal data of its website users.

Collection and processing of personal data
Most of this website can be explored without the need to provide FIMAP SPA with your personal data (apart from what is specified below, in relation to "cookies").
On some pages, however, the user may be asked to give some personal data (name, address, telephone/fax number or e-mail address) in order to use a particular service or function of the site, access specific information or receive such information from FIMAP SPA.
The user is not obliged to supply this data but, if he does not do so, he will not be able to take advantage of those functions or services, nor access or receive the information for which such data is requested. The personal data requested by FIMAP SPA, and which the user agrees to provide, will be registered in a special FIMAP SPA databank and automatically or manually processed by the latter in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 in order to be used (either directly, or passed on to other companies of the COMAC SPA Group, or to companies belonging to the sales/assistance network responsible for the area) primarily for the specific purposes for which they were requested, but also for statistical analyses and market research, and to subsequently send the user informative or promotional material, offers, or other commercial communications, unless the user refuses this type of use by clicking on the appropriate box on every data collection page, or subsequently annuls his consent to the use and/or processing of his data, by sending an e-mail to the following address: marketing@fimap.com. With regards these data, the user also possesses the rights laid out in art.7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (the text can be found at the foot of this notice).
The HOLDER of the personal data processing is FIMAP SPA
The PERSON IN CHARGE of the processing, with particular reference to relations with the persons concerned for the scope of exercising the rights laid out in art.7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, is FIMAP SPA, registered office in Via Invalidi del Lavoro, 1 37050 Santa Maria di Zevio (VR).

Forwarding of information or material by the user.
FIMAP SPA cannot accept any data, information, documents, confidential material or material covered by industrial or intellectual property rights that may be sent via this website.
Apart from the personal data that FIMAP SPA explicitly requests on the pages of the site, any other data, information, document or material sent by the user via the Internet will therefore be considered as non-confidential and freely available to FIMAP SPA, who will have the irrevocable and unlimited right to use, reproduce, divulge, modify and exploit it as its own.

Cookie
Access to this site means (or may mean in the future) that a cookie is sent to the browser; this cookie is stored in the user's fixed disc and informs FIMAP SPA when the user accesses the site, and how he uses it (chosen language, number and frequency of access attempts, pages visited, etc.). The cookies do not allow FIMAP SPA to identify individual users or to collect personal information about them, but only to obtain aggregate statistical data regarding the use of the website, so it can be improved on the basis of the preferences shown by those who use it. The user can, however, usually set the browser in order to be informed each time he receives a cookie, so he can decide whether to accept it or not.

Links to other websites.
This site contains (or may contain in the future) links to the websites of third parties, including other companies of the COMAC SPA group. These sites are not subject to the privacy rules described on this page, and FIMAP SPA cannot provide any guarantee concerning their compliance with current regulations regarding the collection and safeguarding of personal data.
