In this way the dealer can face even the most critical situations by including his spare parts availability with deliveries in the reduced ROS service times.

In addition to the documentation and training courses for dealers technicians, during the working hours Fimap offers also its technical staff availability, that on the phone can speak directly with the dealer and solve inconveniences and give instructions how to use machines and accessories. The technical service is active via e-mail at any time (service@fimap.com): you will receive the answer within 4 working hours after receiving the request.

Fimap offers its customers customized maintenance programs, scheduled in consideration of the working hours, type of work or characteristics of the area to clean.
These programs allow to evaluate time, type and quantity of spare parts and therefore the total cost, elaborating in this way a customized supply proposal.
